The company that's publishing Samurai 7 must really be out of their minds, throwing two DVDs of the series into the market in the same month for the second time like that.
Most anime buyers really don't have that kind of money to through around.

Trust not the medieval minded officer
今孤為理財事親臨郵局。
因帛輕，故取快速窗口。
孤前一男子，疑為交通裁決苦主。
然，其所備之金未足，故問行員曰：「警告吾以六百，何以為九百。」
行員故答：「警皆如是說，是以避被譙。前有一男，警亦告之以六百。然電腦資料卻為一千八，是以無言。」
苦主無奈，多取三百以付，悻悻然而去。
孤不語，然思之。
警者，本應民之保母。
何以成省之豪取巧奪之器？
此行何異於古之衙役，此省何異於古之暴政？
吏者當誠信而無誠信，民自多詐者。
警者無膽，何以抗罪？
是故，省亡非無理！

自掃門前雪何辜之有？
Sometimes, sweeping one's own snow isn't all that bad.
If the neighbors won't get rid of the frost on their roof.
Then they won't!
Giving a beggar one million isn't going to get him off the streets for good.
For when he squanders it all, and believe me he will, he'll just simply return to the beggar that he is.
So if you can't change the nature of something.
DON'T DO ANYTHING AT ALL!
Because all that charity, all that good intent, will just make the wounds hurt even more when it ends.
